    I bought our poppies last week from a Veteran in front of our local Home Hardware -- there aren't that many of the old veterans left to sell poppies......now there will be a whole new generation of veterans.....it's sad.

    Knitted poppies are actually better than paper because they're eco-friendly, you can easily recycle the wool...

    As long as the wearer gives to the legion, I think it's a better alternative!
